Ski municipality and Oppegård municipality, henceforth referred to as the contracting authority, invite tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for flushing, suction and emptying services for municipal and internal private pipelines, treatment plants, septic tanks, sludge and oil.

A framework agreement with Nordre Follo municipality shall be entered into from 1.1.2020.

The objective of the contract is to ensure Nordre Follo municipality continuous flushing, suction and emptying services for municipal and internal pipelines, treatment plants, septic tanks, sludge, oil and grease. The scope and intervals are given in the description in Annex 2.

The description of the assignment defines the areas that are included in the framework agreement and the requirements the contracting authority have for the service included in the contract.

Minimum requirements must be complied with during the entire contract period. Tenderers that are not complying with the minimum requirements are rejected.

All requirements listed in this notice and in the Mercell portal are to be considered as minimum requirements.

The tenderer is asked to respond to the requirements in the Mercell portal. However, responses to some of the requirement can be further described an appendix.
