The subject of the contract is the supply of ventilated cabinets for reagents for the needs of the Centre for Environmental Research and Innovative Food Technologies for Quality of Life in Olsztyn. The subject matter of the contract was not divided into parts due to the uniform subject matter of the contract.

The subject of the contract includes the delivery of chemical cabinets along with carrying, unpacking, assembling, setting, connecting to the existing ventilation spigot and checking the correct operation at the place of use.

The place of delivery will be the Centre for Environmental Research and Innovative Food Technologies for Quality of Life at Władysława Trylińskiego Street, plots: 349/8 precinct 98 Olsztyn and 37/30 precinct 149 Olsztyn (facility under construction, equipped with an elevator). A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in the offer form - Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference. Each Contractor may submit one offer.

2. The offered subject of the contract must meet the requirements specified in the offer form - Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference. The offered products must be approved for marketing in the Republic of Poland or the EU.

3. The offered item of the order must be covered by a warranty for at least 18 months. The warranty period is one of the criteria for evaluating offers.

4. Delivery date of the subject of the contract – until 18.12.2023.

5. The Contracting Authority requires the submission of the evidence in question together with the offer. The evidence in question is described in Chapter IX of the Terms of Reference.
