The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the owners of 3,555 properties residing in the Dobrcz Commune with the frequency specified in the Resolution ( 6 ) on the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Dobrcz and the Resolution ( 7 ) on the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste, in exchange for a fee paid by the property owner for municipal waste management, as well as collection, transport and management of waste collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter PSZOK) located in Magdalenka

The subject of the order includes:

1) the collection and transport and development of waste in the Municipal Installations from property owners residing from the territory of the Municipal Community of Dobrcz, on which municipal waste is created with the frequency specified in the Rules of Maintenance of Purity and Order in the Municipality of Dobrcz,

2) supply property owners with waste collection containers for the duration of the contract,

3) supply of property owners with bags intended for selective collection of waste for the duration of the contract,

4) supplying containers for the collection of used batteries and accumulators collected in NW. points (one container per point) and collection and management of this waste:
