This consultation concerns upkeep, maintenance, rehabilitation and construction work for municipal buildings (city and CCAS). The work will cover all the premises belonging to the heritage of the municipality or the CCAS. In addition, the premises that may be acquired or rented by the city or the CCAS during the period of validity of the framework agreement will be included in this framework agreement. The work, subject of the framework agreement will be carried out, either for the maintenance of the premises, or on the occasion of various operations of renovations or arrangements, maintenance, major repairs, rehabilitation, construction, and emergency response. The precise nature and location of the work will be designated in the resulting contracts or on the order forms.
