The Zweckverband Ernst-Mach-Gymnasium Haar intends the conversion and expansion of the Ernst-Mach-Gymnasium. Awarding of specialist planning technical equipment ELT according to § 53 HOAI, LP 5-9

The Zweckverband Ernst-Mach-Gymnasium is planning the conversion and expansion of the Ernst-MachGymnasium in Haar. As part of the project development, a feasibility study was prepared for this purpose. Variant 4 of the aforementioned feasibility study was the basis of VgV procedures for planners and project management and led to corresponding contracts. In the subsequent processing of the project, it had to be determined that the expansion measures – increases in the stock with the necessary adaptation measures in the stock – are not possible without sustainable renovation measures. The building fabric is good, the facades have been upgraded as part of maintenance measures, the expansion has to be adapted, the installations have to be replaced, technical systems have to be retrofitted. Upon completion of the design planning, costs were submitted which, after examination with regard to procurement law (§ 132 GWB), necessitate new VgV proceedings. Work phases 1 – 4 have been completed, advance measures are already being implemented, and construction work will begin in summer 2023.

The schedule for general renovation and expansion for building sections F and G will take place consecutively from the end of July 2023 to the end of 2025. The work phases 5ff are to be processed for both parts of the building together directly after commissioning in June 2023. The existing building parts F and G will be extended by one storey, furthermore both components will be connected by a bridge on the 2nd floor. Since the foundations of the two existing buildings to be extended are statically utilized, they must be upgraded using high-pressure injection processes. The existing auditorium on the ground floor of component K will be extended to the north by one axis. With the exception of the façades, parts F and G will be completely renovated from the basement floors to the 2nd floors. The ceiling of component H must be upgraded for fire protection reasons. The Gymnasium is located at Jagdfeldring 82 in 85540 Haar. The current and future development takes place via the Jagdfeldring. During the reconstruction and expansion measures, parts of the school will be outsourced to an interim building in the teachers' car park, and school operations will continue throughout the entire construction period in the remaining parts of the building. The open spaces will be redesigned and adapted during the ongoing construction project.

The subject of the invitation to tender is the specialist planning of technical equipment ELT in accordance with § 53 Abs. 2 Nr. 4, Nr. 5, Nr. 6 und Nr. 7 HOAI Leistungsphasen 5-9. The assignment takes place according to § 53 HOAI in stages. In the case of an order, the work phases 5 to 7 are commissioned as the first stage. The client decides on a further commissioning of the service levels in the further course of the project. No claims for the transfer of further service levels or further services can be derived from the step-by-step commissioning. Planning is to begin shortly after the order has been awarded in June 2023 at the latest. The special services are designed as options that the client can call up, but which he is not obliged to call. The contract will be based on the Certiform/Boorberg model contract.
