The scope of the contract includes the performance of a service on the territory of the municipality of Osie, consisting of the collection from the locations indicated by the Contracting Authority mixed and selectively collected waste from the property owned by the owners of the property and the users of these properties and from PSZOK and the transport of this waste to the waste treatment plant, as well as the operation of the PSZOK point in the Axis.

The subject of the Order is:

1) the collection and transport and development of municipal waste in the Installation from the property owners of the municipality of Osie, where the inhabitants reside in which municipal waste is created at the frequency specified in the Rules of Maintenance of Cleanliness and Order in the Municipality of Osie;

2) supply property owners with waste collection containers for the duration of the contract;

3) supply of property owners with bags intended for selective collection of waste for the duration of the contract;

4) Equipment of the municipal waste collection point (hereinafter PSZOK) with containers and containers;

5) collection and transport and management of waste collected in the PSZOK;

6) running the PSZOK point in the Axis;

7) collection of large-sized waste, electrical waste once a year (from all address points covered by the system) during the spring season.
