This market is related to the renovation and compliance of a central production unit (cold link) to be operational by mid-March.

The special technical work concerns a new complete installation since:

- the existing gas pressure booth,

- the existing high voltage booth (compliance).

The technical work focuses essentially and non-exhaustively on:

1) HVAC:

- a hygienic ventilation installation,

- a tertiary ventilation system for hoods,

- a hot water heating and sanitary installation,

- a softened water production,

- the entire sanitary network situated above the floor slab,

A direct expansion cold production for a sheathed battery;

2) Electricity:

- a new complete high / low current installation,

- centralized fire detection,

- a CCTV installation / access control / anti-intrusion.

The "architecture" works concern the restructuring of the building whose internal demolitions have already been completed. They relate, in a non-exhaustive way, to:
