The subject of the contract are services in the field of reconnaissance and cleaning of a sapper area with an area of 105.68 ha in the Szabda Forestry in the Brodnica Forest District. 2) The scope of work being the subject of this contract has been specified in detail in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 1 to the SWZ). SCOPE OF WORK (more fully described in SWZ) 2.1 The subject of the contract is the execution of sapper works consisting in the detection, removal and destruction of: unexploded ordnance, unexploded ordnance, ammunition, remnants and parts of unexploded ordnance, unexploded ordnance and ammunition; other explosive objects and their residues and parts, irrespective of the quantity taken.

1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of reconnaissance and cleaning of a sapper area with an area of 105.68 ha in the Szabda Forestry in the Brodnica Forest District. 2) The scope of works being the subject of this order has been specified in detail in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 1 to the SWZ) and consists primarily in locating, taking up and neutralizing Explosive and Dangerous Objects from the area indicated in the SWZ, regardless of the number of PWiN found. SCOPE OF WORK (more fully described in SWZ) 2.1 The subject of the contract is the execution of sapper works consisting in the detection, removal and destruction of: unexploded ordnance, unexploded ordnance, ammunition, remnants and parts of unexploded ordnance, unexploded ordnance and ammunition; other explosive objects and their residues and parts, 2.2 The subject of the contract is also the performance of works consisting in the detection and removal of other metal objects that will hinder or limit the performance of land development works (an object with a diameter of more than 2 cm and a length of more than 20 cm is considered to be an object that may hinder or limit the performance of development works) or will pose a threat to human life or health or for the environment and groundwater. 2.3 The scope of work includes sapper works consisting in reconnaissance and cleaning of the ground in the scope specified in point 2 of this Annex on the surface and to a depth from 0 cm to 100 cm deep. If the object detected during the recognition lies at a depth of more than 100 cm, but part of it lies at a depth of up to 100 cm, the Contractor is obliged to clean the land also from this object. 2.4 The subject of the contract is also the clearing of the area after the work carried out. Regardless of the number of Explosive and Dangerous Items revealed, the Contractor is obliged to take them, transport and neutralize them and organize a temporary warehouse as well as supervise it. In the case of commissioning one of the above-mentioned subcontractor activities, the Contractor is jointly and severally liable with the subcontractor for the implementation of the subject of the contract.
