The Environmental Division of the City of Kemi invites tenders for carrying out winter maintenance work on properties managed by the City of Kemi Facilities Service in accordance with the invitation to tender. The contract includes the ploughing of snow and slush from walkways and parking lots in the yards of properties managed by Tilapalvelu (APPENDIX 1) and the prevention of slipperiness in the area. We also ask for a quote for loading and transporting snow to the snow dump.

The target of the contract is the yards, walkways and parking areas of properties managed by Tilapalvelu. The contract includes snow and slush removal and anti-slipperiness (sanding). A more detailed description in the contract programme (Appendix 2).

The working area of Group 1 is approximately 18,560 m2.

The target of the contract is the yards, walkways and parking areas of properties managed by Tilapalvelu. The contract includes snow and slush removal and anti-slipperiness (sanding). A more detailed description in the contract programme (Appendix 2).

The working area of group 2 is approximately 21,116 m2.

The target of the contract is the yards, walkways and parking areas of properties managed by Tilapalvelu. The contract includes collecting the snow accumulated during ploughing and transporting it to the snow dump.
