The object of the contract includes successive collection and management in the process of recovery or recycling of the following types of waste:
Part I of the order: component for the production of alternative fuel (RDF) with code 19 12 10.
Part II of the order: waste code 19 12 04.
Development of an alternative fuel (RDF) component with code 19 12 10.1. The method of managing the RDF production component must be in accordance with the applicable law and recovery processes listed in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended).
2. The estimated amount of the component to be collected and managed by the Contractor during the contract execution period is not less than 1,000 Mg, but will not exceed 4,000 Mg. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims against the Ordering Party if the amount of waste collected by the Contractor exceeds the value of 1,000 Mg, but does not reach the value of 4,000 Mg.
3. In MPGO Sp. z o.o. in Sosnowiec, waste m.in. with the code 15 01 06, 20 01 99, 20 03 01 may be used for the production of the component. The component for the production of alternative fuel contains in its composition residues after the processing of the above-mentioned waste. These will m.in include: plastics, textiles, paper and other packaging waste. The fraction of the component > 80mm, after magnetic and pneumatic separation. Components for the production of alternative fuel (RDF) will be prepared by the Ordering Party for acceptance in a compressed form, bound with steel wire.
Waste management code 19 12 04.1. The subject of the contract includes successive collection and management of waste in the recovery or recycling process in accordance with the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended), i.e. waste with the code 19 12 04.
2. The method and place of treatment of the received waste must comply with the legal provisions in force in this regard, in particular with the requirements of the abovementioned Waste Act and its implementing regulations.
3. Waste with code 19 12 04 (plastics and rubber) will come from sorting waste 15 01 06, 20 01 99, 20 03 01. The waste fraction > 80mm, after magnetic and pneumatic separation. Waste will be prepared by the Ordering Party for collection in a compressed form, tied with steel wire.
4. The estimated amount of waste with the code 19 12 04 to be collected and managed by the Contractor during the contract completion period is not less than 1 000 Mg, but will not exceed 4 000 Mg.
