The works are carried out according to the technical project "Sports building (7.14) Stoties str. 4, Švenčionėliai m., Švenčionys district. weeks. construction project. No: 2056-XX-TP (Annex 11 to the tender specifications) (hereinafter referred to as the "Technical Project"). The purchase does not include: (a) The equipment and materials specified in the Cost Sheet of the Sound and Multimedia part of the Technical Project, with the exception of line 1.23: "PP pipe d 20mm", i.e. only what is indicated in line 1.23 of the Cost Sheet is purchased from the Sound and Multimedia part of the Technical Project: "PP pipe d 20mm"; (b) Furniture, equipment, equipment, appliances indicated in the technological equipment and furniture sheet of the Technology part of the technical project, with the exception of the part of the Fountain and technical room sheet, i.e. only the part indicated as a component of the Fountain and technical room (Filtration-circulation, Embedded parts, Underwater lighting (led - economical), Automation is purchased from the Technological Equipment and Furniture Sheet of the Technology part of the Technical Project, Filtration-circulation, Automatic water quality maintenance system, Installation materials, Additional equipment). c) Outdoor electrical engineering works (works are provided for in part XIII of the project "Part of outdoor electrical engineering").

The contractor will be obliged to prepare a draft of the work and carry out construction work. The works also include the implementation of all the necessary connections to the engineering networks, obtaining all the necessary permits and / or licenses, making fulfillment (geodetic) photos, transmitting and uploading the executive documentation of the completed works to the Construction Current Affairs and Visualizations Portal Infostatyba.lt (hereinafter referred to as "INFOSTATYBA"), and transferring the received construction completion certificate to the contracting authority, as well as all the necessary measurement, testing, cleaning works and all other works, which are necessary for the signature of the completion document and for the construction(s) to be fit for operation.
