The purpose of this contract is the operation of the fixed waste disposal facility, located in Nanterre, in the Hauts-De-Seine department and accessible to all inhabitants of the Public Territorial Establishment (EPT) of Paris Ouest La Défense (Pold) as well as to neighbouring EPTs with whom an access agreement is in place. Framework agreement for single-awarded services (CCAG/Fcs) known as composite, processed at fixed prices (management and operation of the waste disposal) and which is executed with purchase orders for services processed at unit prices (transport and waste treatment). It does not include a minimum amount, its maximum amount is strictly less than 10,000,000 euro (s) HT over its total duration (2 years, tacitly renewable 1 time for a period of 1 year). As an indication and non-contractual, the annual amount of the contract is estimated at 3,294,726 euro (s) (excl. tax). It includes an optional variant at the initiative of the buyer (cf. Article 2.6 of the RC)
