The subject of the contract is a property management service:

a. Buildings together with adjacent backyard areas constituting components of the commune's municipal property, listed in Annex 1 to the agreement

b. private real estate managed by the Municipality of Ozorków on the basis of conducting someone else's affairs without a mandate, listed in Annex 2 to the agreement

c. residential premises owned by the Ordering Party in the buildings of housing communities according to Annex 3 to the agreement (without common parts of buildings and home areas, for the management of which separate agreements are concluded by housing communities).
