For occupational health and safety care services.
The client transfers to the contractor the tasks according to § 3 Occupational Health and Safety Act
(ASiG) and the relevant accident prevention regulations DGUV 2 in the currently valid version.
Occupational health care includes in particular:
- Organization and implementation of general and special occupational health check-ups (compulsory offers and desired examinations) according to occupational cooperative principles, in particular the VO for occupational medical provision - ArbMedVV,
- eye examinations G 37 in accordance with the Screening Ordinance in connection with § 6 TV Infotechnik Berlin, as well as support in the management of the precautionary card index,
- Carrying out occupational medical check-ups incl. Support in the management of pension plans and pension plans in accordance with § 15 BioStoffVO,
- carrying out vaccinations after consultation with the client, for which employees this vaccination is required (the cost of the vaccine is borne by the client),
- implementation of health and safety instructions for the responsible executives in occupational safety and health (if required),
- carrying out needs-based training and instruction,
- investigations and site inspections after events,
- Preparation of occupational medical reports as needed.
The client assigns to the contractor the tasks according to § 6 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (ASiG) and the relevant accident prevention regulations DGUV 2 in the currently valid version.
The safety-related support includes in particular:
- Preparation of operating instructions, eg. Eg according to § 20 GefStoffV (Agency Exemptions, Orders and Powers),
- advice on the selection of body protection products (protective clothing, PPE-BV),
- Control of the inspections carried out in accordance with DGUV V 4 (old GUV VA 3) of the facilities and facilities subject to inspection, test books, test intervals, etc.
- implementation and execution of occupational safety instructions and instructions of those responsible in occupational safety and health (if required),
- support in the continuation of the risk assessments,
- advice on the preparation of fire protection regulations, participation in eviction exercises as required,
- Advice on the procurement of technical work equipment, work procedures and materials,
- Advice on the planning, execution and maintenance of facilities and facilities,
- advice on emergency plans, accessibility, asbestos exposure (except amokalarm),
- Immediate support in all matters of occupational health and safety, including the immediate initiation of technical measurements after consultation with the client,
- carrying out needs-based training and instruction,
- Support and implementation of workplace inspections in the specialist offices.
