The Assignment covers all (consultancy) services related to audiovisual resources and supplies of hardware and software.

The Contractor must provide the following services in general:

• Designing spaces;

• Training internal staff;

• Offreren;

• Advising on hardware now and in the future;

• Documenting (including delivery of technical designs);

• Programming hardware (including Teams Rooms and SIP endpoints);

•Configure;

• deliver;

• Installing hardware/ software;

• Ready-to-use delivery;

• Instructing and providing instructional materials;

• Resolving incidents;

•Maintain;

• Performing lifecycle management;

•Report.
