The works, realized in 5 phases of execution, concern the development of the public spaces:

- 7 new channels created or extended (V2, V3, V4, V6, V7, V8 and V5) to allow the service of the lots,

- a transverse planted walk (T1) between the lots will be carried out,

- 2 transverse ways (T2 and T3) to be realized to ensure the fire defense of the buildings,

- a traffic intersection on Verdun Avenue.
