To ensure realism in the training of Hazardous Area Response Team (HART) staff, NARU requires specialist actors with the ability to simulate realistic and severe trauma, including amputations. In addition to the specialist actors NARU requires make-up artists capable of replicating realistic wounds. It is the responsibility of the make-up artists to supply make-up and other ancillary equipment. The make-up artists will support and work with NARU staff who provide realistic casualty moulage.

The main location for the provision will be Winterbourne Gunner near Salisbury, however exercises and events will take place across the UK as and when required.
