Consumption measurement is carried out with calibrated heat meters. The meter is read by the contractor in good time before the end of a billing year, together with a representative of the hospital, the values are transmitted monthly by the 5th of the following month,

By submitting the unit prices, the tenderer must lay down a written default concept in which he describes how the care of the hospital can be ensured. This can be z. B. on a sufficient storage capacity by the supplier or delivery via a subcontractor. Contractual penalty for non or poor performance.
If the supplier (contractor) violates his obligation to perform due to non- or poor performance, he shall bear the additional costs of the replacement delivery and all the associated costs.
