The subject of the contract is the execution of part of the construction works aimed at the construction of a sorting line for the purification of waste of municipal origin collected selectively together with the accompanying infrastructure and land development on part of the plot No. 2/3, Dalsze precinct, Myślibórz commune. This contract covers the construction of an industrial floor in the building of the sorting hall, including: labor, tools m.in cutting discs, drills, electrodes and other elements of tools, equipment. Building materials are provided by the Ordering Party. The selection of contractors for the remaining parts of the construction works will be carried out in separate requests for proposals.

3. The scope of work necessary for execution is determined by the table of billing elements and the design documentation consisting of construction projects. 4. The minimum warranty period for the subject of the contract is 36 months.

5. Settlement with the Contractor shall be made in the form of a flat wage.
