Average speedometers with and without video recorders for fixed installation in patrol vehicles. Including a need to supplement and complete available instruments for vehicles and motorcycles. The current average speedometers use sensor-based technology for measuring distance over time, either from the vehicle's own sensors or external sensors. These systems are installed in patrol vehicles or motorcycles to calculate the average speed over a given distance. The Norwegian Police Shared Services (PFT) has carried out a RFI on behalf of the Norwegian police for average speedometers with and without video recorders for permanent mounting on the Norwegian Police's vehicles. The purpose of the RFI was to receive an update from the market on relevant products and potential suppliers that can cover the police's need for this product area.
