We are looking for a service provider who, with his know-how, his experience and, if required, with the commissioning and control of other external partners, centrally supports the digital applications in the AOK house around the legal requirements for accessibility.

All digital applications (web, app, intranet, electronic administrative processes) in the area of responsibility of the AOK Federal Association and the AOKs should be supported in such a way that the legal requirements for accessibility can be comprehensively implemented. For this purpose, the internal know-how around the legal requirements should be constantly updated and documented.

For this procedure, a service provider is sought who, with his know-how, his experience and, if required, by commissioning and controlling other external partners, centrally supports the digital applications in the AOK house via the services defined below relating to the legal requirements for accessibility.

The contractor should provide the following services for the client:

- Advice on all aspects of accessibility,

- auditing of digital applications,

- Creation of texts in easy language,

- Creation of videos in German sign language,

- Project management and key accounting.
