Spital Waldshut interim cultivation Bettenhaus Nordbau "Stahlbau"

Klinikum Hochrhein GmbH plans to build additional capacity with approx. 2,840 m in order to create additional capacity 2 BGF and about 10 760 m 3 BRI to the existing hospital in Waldshut. It will be erected above the forecourt at the main entrance to the hospital as a three-storey modular building and raised on a single-storey steel structure. On one floor there is an intensive care unit with 14 beds, on the other two floors there is one general ward with 24 beds each. The technical center is housed on the roof. The interim building will be connected to the existing building via 2 three-storey connecting bridges. The services are advertised in the following trades:

- pile foundation,

- Shell,

- Steel construction,

- room module,

- medical technology.

Part of this specification is the steel composite structure (columns, ceiling) as a footprint for the room modules. The foundation of the pile, the foundation foundations based on it and the room modules are components of separate allocation units.
