TEASEc is a joint initiative of 5 electricity network operators to further reduce crime at high voltage stations.
In total, the TEASEc project involves around 292 (+/- 5%) high voltage stations.
The focus of the security measures in the TEASEc program is on replacing the current systems, including at the earliest possible stage, detecting intruders into the terrain, reporting the intruder detection signal (alarm) to a central control room and facilitating a verification method of the intruder detection signal to the control room to enable the follow-up and possibly the police.
The purpose of this procedure is to conclude 1 uniform framework agreement with 5 further agreements (per network operator) for all components (preparation and planning, implementation and acceptance, maintenance, PAC, follow-up, decommissioning) of the TEASEc program.
TEASEc is a joint initiative of 5 electricity network operators to further reduce crime at high voltage stations.
In total, the TEASEc project involves around 292 (+/- 5%) high voltage stations and 27 are still under consideration.
The purpose of this procedure is to conclude a framework agreement and further agreement per network operator with 1 contractor for all components (design, construction, maintenance, PAC, follow-up) of the TEASEc program.
