Annex No 3.1. — size of works by groups of activities, activities and location; Annex No 3.2. — sortment arrangement of timber harvesting; Annex No 3.3. — statement of timber breakage distances and conditions; Annex No 3.4. — summary of items not made available for machine-sourcing; Annex No 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies; The kind ranges collated in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimated. 4) Quality standards relating to all relevant characteristics of the subject of the contract, is defined by (a) Decision No 19 Director-General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction into application of the “Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works” in the organizational units of State Forests (case mark: EZ.011.1.2021), (b) Decision No 101 of the Director-General of State Forests, dated 16 September 2021 amending Decision No 19 of the Director-General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction into application of the 'Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works' in the organizational units of State Forests (case mark: EZ.011.13.2021), (c) Decision No 112 Director-General of State Forests of 4 October 2021 amending Decision No. 19 of the Director-General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction of the “Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works” in the organizational units of State Forests ( case mark: EZ.011.13.2021), (d) Decision No 103 of the Director-General of State Forests of 17 September 2021 on the provision of uniform model documents and the application of quality standards relating to all relevant characteristics of the subject of the contract relating to procurement forest services in the field of forest management in the organizational units of the State Forest Farm State Forests (case mark: EZ.011.14.2021), e) Decision No 77 of the Director of Regional Directorate of State Forests in Zielona Góra of 12.10.2021r. on the setting of the regional standard technology of execution and reception of works.
