- Installation of a complete electrical system for the building 3, partially new building with the connection of the partial systems (EDP, BMA, EMA) to the existing systems in building 2, building 3

- Surge protection system type 1, 2 and 3 for electrical and telecommunications technology,
- KNX control for the lighting in the 2 stairwells and in the classrooms,
- KNX control of the sun protection system in 2 specialist rooms,
- Lighting: recessed LED lights in the corridors, classrooms, meeting rooms, etc .; Switching via presence detector or via switches / buttons on site,
- Installation of emergency lighting with central battery, nominal operating time 3 h,
- Assembly of an EDP and telecommunication system according to the media development concept,
- Transmission networks: delivery and installation of the LAN barrier (4 pieces), 1 of which has an air conditioning unit; approx. 440 data points; IT room with 30 workstations; WLAN in the classrooms, preparation rooms, hallways and outdoors,
- Centrally controlled clock system (DCF) in the corridors: with master clock and 6 double clocks,

- Installation of a burglar alarm system with 5 security areas, trap surveillance with motion detectors on the floors, in the corridors, in the technical rooms and other selected rooms. All windows on the ground floor are monitored for opening and closing, and all rooms on the ground floor are monitored with motion detectors. The connection to the security service is established via the redundant connection to the EMA in house 2.
