The subject of the advertised services are sales services for events in the Pierre Boulez Saal and in other rooms of the Barenboim-Said Academy or its cooperation partners and, if necessary, in other venues.

The contractor should take over the distribution of events on his own responsibility, in particular with the main areas of activity described below:

1.1.1. Call center services (divided into ticket sales via the in-house ticketing system and services),

1.1.2. Supervision of the day and evening box office,

1.1.3. Other services (including system administration, advice, billing and quality assurance).

Basically, a scope of services of approx. 170 events per season / season (approx. 15 events per month) is to be covered. The client does not guarantee a minimum number of events per season / season / year / month.

The contract is initially concluded for 4 years and can be extended a maximum of 2 times by the contracting authority for a further year each time.
