This framework agreement is single-awarded, with purchase orders, with minimum and maximum, and covers the operation, supervision, maintenance, management of passive and active equipment, assistance in the contracting and marketing of the Rcube THD Network, in its radio, backbone and GFU components, the extension of the Network to new territories and possible evolutions of the Network
operation, extension and evolution of the Rcube THD network in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Region- The takeover of the Network, in its three components, in connection with the Region and the holder of previous public contracts;
- the management of the Network, in its three components. This management includes the technical and administrative operations of the Network, management of the project as a whole, and assistance in the management of the Network by the Region;
- the services of design studies, construction and evolutions, connections and management of accommodation services;
- the services of design and implementation studies concerning the extensions and evolutions of the Network, and all the tasks resulting therefrom;
- Assistance with marketing and contracting with Users and Users of the Network;
- tasks relating to the reversibility and transferability of the Network to another operator at the end of the framework agreement.
