1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the development of green areas in 36 locations in the Łapy Municipality.

Area of development: 54 038.66 m² (5.4039 ha). Separation of the area, developed with various forms of existing and designed greenery: 38 599.81 m² (3.8908 ha), without paved surfaces, including the revitalization of the area of: 1 920.8 m² (0.1921 ha), located in Płonce Kościelna. The investment will result in the area of the vaulted area, for which it was replaced

the surface from impermeable to permeable will be: 573.5 m² (0.0574 ha). In total, on the area of 2 449.37 m² (0.2449 ha), as part of the creation of paved accesses and passages, in areas covered with a layer of impermeable clay surface, a permeable surface will be created, which will have a positive impact on the water balance in the environment. The total area of green areas and permeable surfaces (replaced and newly designed) will be: 41,049.18 m² (4.1049 ha).
