The assignment can be briefly described as follows:
1. printing "high volume" documents (i.e. assessment notes, reminders, last reminders and other documents in the context of the various taxes) and printing daily correspondence (these are mainly interactive letters and system letters that were printed by the administration itself in the past) on the basis of print files that are supplied in AFP/PDF format and that will be transferred via file transfer (SFTP);
2. providing the necessary paper and letter covers;
3. printing the letter covers necessary for the dispatch of the documents printed at the printer;
4. preparation of shipment (filling the letter envelopes with documents printed at the contractor), and the delivery of the letter envelopes to a universal postal service provider;
5. the return handling (processing of non-deliverable postal items) and more specifically the collection and identification of the returns (i.e. linking the return to the recipient) and the reporting thereof to the client.
