The subject of the contract is cutting with trees and shrubs, clearing cuts, planting trees, shrubs and perennials, as well as care for planted plants in the Karol Ferdynand Vasa Park in Wyszków, entered in the register of historic parks. The park is located between 3 Maja and Tadeusza Kościuszki streets, and on the southern side the park's border is formed by the river Bug. Due to the very large area of the park planned for revalorisation, the park has been divided into 4 stages of implementation.

Order description:

The subject of the contract is cutting with trees and shrubs, clearing cuts, planting trees, shrubs and perennials, as well as care for planted plants in the Karol Ferdynand Vasa Park in Wyszków, entered in the register of historic parks. The park is located between 3 Maja and Tadeusza Kościuszki streets, and on the southern side the park's border is formed by the river Bug. Due to the very large area of the park planned for revalorisation, the park has been divided into 4 stages of implementation.

The subject of this contract is stage II of the Park Revalorisation Project, including:

I. Performing felling of trees and shrubs.

1. In the scope of tree felling, the Contractor is obliged to:

- tree felling in the amount of 208 pcs (perimeter and location according to the design documentation and bill of quantities); the values specified in the take-offs for stages III and IV may change in connection with the obtained administrative decisions. The cost estimate of the contract will allow the payment to be made and the work actually carried out. The total number of removed trees will not exceed the total value specified in the take-offs (for the total number of removed trunks);

- cutting according to administrative decisions issued in this respect;

- removal of carp from cut trees or milling;

- export of felled trees and carp from trees with their own transport. Material obtained from cutting is the property of the Contractor;

- covering the pits with humus after removing the carp, and if necessary replenishing the missing amount of soil and profiling the area;

- cleaning and tidying up the area along with the utilization of waste resulting from felling;

- protection against damage to neighboring elements or plants occurring in the vicinity of removed trees, e.g. road and pavement surfaces, fences, elements of small architecture or other greenery, and in the case of damage, repairing damage.

1. In the scope of shrub cutting, the Contractor of the subject of the contract is obliged to:

- cuttings of 489.84 m shrubs 2 along with excavation of root blocks in accordance with the bill of quantities and design documentation;

- exporting cut bushes and root lumps after bushes with our own transport. - the material obtained from the clippings is the property of the Contractor;

- filling the pits with humus after the removal of root lumps, and if necessary, supplementing the missing amount of fertile soil and profiling the area;

- cleaning and tidying up the area along with the utilization of waste generated at

Felling.

I. Carrying out sanitation and cutting of trees (indicated in the project documentation and bill of quantities) in the amount of 91 pcs.

1. In the scope of sanitary cuts, the Contractor is obliged to:

- removing deadwood and dead and broken branches of trees hanging over pedestrian routes;

- removal of branches and branches affected by pests;

- shortening or removing intersecting shoots;

- securing the trees after cutting (wounds) with a suitable preparation;

- removal of branches and other waste resulting from cutting operations (including utilization);

- Clean up the area;

2. In the field of conditioning and forming cuts, the Contractor is obliged to:

- pruning branches, in order for the trees to achieve optimal crown development, striving to achieve the best health, form and construction of the crowns;

- removal of tree suckers;

- securing the trees after cutting (wounds) with a suitable preparation;

Removal of branches and other waste resulting from cutting operations (including utilization)

- arranging the area;

3. Rejuvenation of shrubs in clusters of 592 m 2 .
