1. The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive services in the field of providing human resources in the IT industry.

2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract specifying, in particular, the requirements for IT professionals is Annex 1 to SWZ.

3. Detailed conditions for the execution of the object of the contract are set out in Annex 2 to SWZ — Designed provisions of the Framework Agreement and Annex No 3 to SWZ — Designed provisions of the Implementing Agreement.

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive services in the field of providing human resources in the IT industry.

3. Detailed conditions for the execution of the object of the contract are set out in Annex 2 to SWZ — Designed provisions of the Framework Agreement and Annex No 3 to SWZ — Designed provisions of the Implementing Agreement.

4. The Contracting Authority does not require that persons performing the performance of the contract be employed on the basis of the employment relationship. The above is dictated by the specifics of this contract and the type of services that will be performed by IT professionals at the stage of procurement pursuant to an executive agreement concluded under the framework agreement.

5. The contract is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Operational Programme Digital Poland (POPC) for the years

2014-2020, Priority Axis No. 2 "E-government and open government":

1) Measure 2.1 "High availability and quality of public e-services", based on the agreement on co-financing the ZONE Project,

2) Measure 2.2 "Digitization of back-office processes in government administration", based on the SOPAB Project co-financing agreement.

6. The Contracting Authority reserves that certain unit contracts executed on the basis of the concluded framework agreement may be co-financed from EU funds. In this case, information on what kind of funds will be allocated to finance a given unit contract and all necessary information and related formalities will be included at the stage of implementation of unit contracts and in implementing contracts.

7. The contracting authority may cancel the procedure for the conclusion of a framework agreement which was to be concluded with more than one economic operator if fewer than two tenders which are not subject to rejection have been received.
