The National Government wishes to have a new Framework Agreement Quantitative Communication Research for the pre-testing of communication tools with one contractor.

On the basis of information obtained, the estimated value for this framework agreement is estimated to be around EUR 250 000 excluding VAT per year and a total of EUR 1 000 000, - excluding VAT for the total maximum duration of four years (two initial years plus two option years).
