Essentially, the following work must be carried out as part of this painting work:

- painting of all interior walls, ceilings and flights of stairs,

- Painting work on railings and fall protection,

- Floor coating work on areas in the basement,

- painting facades, cornices and walls,

- Complement ETICS in small areas,

- Repair of surfaces and painting work on the inside of light well walls,

- Coating of protective wall surfaces in the outdoor area,

While the painting work is being carried out, work by other trades will also take place on the construction site.
