The purpose of this public contract is the rental with option to purchase a confocal laser scanning microscope, installation and commissioning, warranty, maintenance, insurance and training for Inserm's Joint Research Unit (UMR) 1291 – Infinity in the Occitanie Pyrénées administrative district. Technical documentation will also be provided.

The buyer wishes to make a contribution of € 110,000 excluding VAT.

In the event that the buyer does not purchase the equipment at the end of the contract, the return of the equipment will be carried out by the holder and at his expense within a maximum period of one month.
