Cleaning of buildings located in Verviers, Rue de Francorchamps 12, Rue Bidaut 2 and 14, Rue de France 1- item 1: cleaning of the primary school and secondary school buildings: premises, courtyards and sidewalks, carpets and consumables.
Including:
—— cleaning and supervisory staff;
-- the Expendables;
—— the necessary equipment;
—— management of entrance mats;
—— waste management to school containers (including PMC - paper, metal, cardboard);
- item 2: services under management.
This contract also includes hours of services under management. The tenderer is required to mention in his offer the price of one hour of service for any service during the week, Saturday and Sunday.
Lot 2: cleaning of windows and window frames- item 1: cleaning of the windows and frames of all the buildings located in Verviers, Rue de Francorchamps 12, Rue Bidaut 2 and 14, Rue de France 1, once a year, in summer;
- post 2: window cleaning service under management.
The tenderer mentions in his offer the price of one hour of services under management.
