The tender covers heating and cooling work in the 2nd construction phase for the conversion and expansion of the St. Marien Hospital in Ahaus. Affected by the construction measures are the following subsections in building 900 on the hospital grounds:

- 5.1 Technical center: Building 900 New building in KG

- 5.2 Laboratory / Chapel / Social Services: Building 900 New building in the SG

- 5.3.1 Elective inclusion: Building 900 New building on the ground floor

- 5.4.1 Endoscopy: Building 900 New building on the 1st floor

The construction site is located in the city area of 48683 Ahaus, Wüllener Straße 101.

The construction work must be carried out during ongoing hospital operations.

Heating and cooling technology includes the following services:

• Central water heating, fresh water station as a 2-person cascade incl. buffer tank

• Heating surfaces and accessories, 80 radiators

• Pump and safety technology, 4x heating pumps and 4x refrigeration pumps

• Fittings and distributors (refrigeration and heating)

• Pipes for cooling and heating, approx. 950 m refrigeration pipe, approx. 1,800 m heating pipe

• Secondary air cooling units, 12 pieces

• Temporary building heating

• Technical thermal insulation and fire protection, whereby a large part of the technical thermal insulation is tendered separately

• Other and ancillary work, such as core drilling, hydraulic balancing, commissioning, etc.
