LOT 12 Façade and metal construction work

The District Office of Central Saxony is planning to establish a campus for "green professions" at the Freiberg-Zug site. The subject of the tender is the façade and metal work on the exterior of the main building. The construction project is divided into two construction phases. The work on lot 12 will take place exclusively in the 2nd construction phase. The tender includes the construction of an escape staircase and metal cladding including a supporting structure as well as further sheet metal. The metal cladding consists partly of aluminium rectangular profiles, partly of a sheet metal casing.

Scope of services: 1 piece of escape staircase, steel, double-flight (23 units), with harp railing, 25 m² steel construction as supporting structure for staircase and cladding, 120

m² metal cladding made of aluminium profiles and sheet metal cassette,

2 pieces of sheet metal as frame element for exterior doors, 2-flg. (RB 2.32x3.66 m)
