The subject of the contract is the purchase of planting material and plantings of plants by species, varieties, quantity and parameters on the objects specified in Annex 1 to the contract, based on the exact locations indicated by the Ordering Party and comprehensive care of the planted plant material.

1. Purchase of planting material and planting of plants according to the number and parameters specified in Annex 1 to the contract – implementation from 20.09.2023 to 22.11.2023. 2. As part of the remuneration for the purchase of planting material and planting plants, the Contractor is obliged to comprehensively care for the planted plant material until the date of acceptance of the plantings. 3. Comprehensive care of planted plant material covers subsequent years, i.e. 2024, 2025, 2026 and part of 2027. Care begins from the date of receipt of plantings and will be completed after the acceptance of care works on November 3 of a given year of care, and in the case of the last care period on April 30, 2027 (evaluation criterion for offers).
