The Department for Evaluation in the Norwegian agency for development cooperation (Norad) will, as per its evaluation program 2023– 2024, carry out an evaluation of of Norfund's investments in renewable energy.

The procurement covers one contract whereby the supplier will be assigned responsibility to conduct an evaluation of Norfund’s renewable energy operations from 2015 to 2023, including both investments made to build sustainable businesses in order to generate development outcomes and to reduce or avoid greenhouse gas emissions.

The assignment will be carried out in the period January 2024 to February 2025. The maximum budget for this assignment is 3,625,000 NOK excluding VAT.
