This offer includes the establishment of Bygade and Promenade on the stretch from Ejbygade in the west to Vollsmose Allé in the east.

The offer includes:

- Clearing of existing pine forest,

- Establishment of town buildings incl. cycle path, bus stops and speed-reducing measures

- Establishment of promenade incl. setup and delivery of furniture on the south side of the city street (furniture is partly supplied by the client),

- Delivery and installation of lighting equipment (luminaire for road lighting is provided by the developer),

- Establishment of signal-regulated intersection with Ejbygade / town building incl. Swing paths (signal equipment provided by the client)

- Establishment of signal-regulated cross at Ejbygade / Gillestedvej incl. Swing paths (signal equipment provided by the client)

- Setting up the noise barrier in front of the elderly center,

- Drainage incl. establishment of rainwater basin.

The contract includes land, drainage, pipelines, unbound bearing layers, asphalt, paving, roadway marking, marking material, lighting, planting and various equipment and fixtures.

Offer package 1 is the first of 3 tender packages for the future Vollsmose. There will be coordination with the employees in the tender package 2.

The contract must be carried out in the period from October 2019 to October 2020. Some work is carried out after handing over. See the tender documents.

Ejbygade / Gillestedvej:

- Approx. 30 m left-hand lane at Ejbygade with delehelle,

- Approx. 30 m extension of the lane for the establishment of a bicycle lane at Gillestedvej.

Preparatory work for new traffic signal system

Ejbygade / Risingsvej / Bygaden:

- Approx. 60 m right turn road at Ejbygade,

- Approx. 50 m bound left-hand lane on Ejbygade with delehelle, including moving bike path and sidewalk.

Preparatory work for expanding existing traffic signal systems.

Bygaden:

- Approx. Clearing approx. 1.7 Ha. Forest,

- Approx. 6,000 m 2 new, 2 track lane with cycle paths on both sides,

- Approx. 170 m cliff fortification on the north side,

- Approx. 8 700 m 2 tiled promenade / corridors on the south side.

Speed-reducing measures (7 cushion bumps and 3 caves):

- Approx. 2,000 m 3 rainwater basin with inlet and outlet buildings,

- Approx. 1 200 m (ø 160 -500 mm) rainwater pipes,

- Approx. 75 m noise screen

- Approx. 40 park lamps,

- 4 bus stops with platforms,

- Various fixtures, plantings, rubber coverings, steel edges and effect lighting on the promenade.

Granparken:

- Approx. 600 m 2 lane (excl. surface treatment),

- Approx. 4 park lamps.

Larch Park:

- Approx. 240 m 2 lane (excl. surface treatment),

- Approx. 2 park lamps.

The contract includes partly self-planning of eg wooden decks.
