1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended) for the needs of the City of Suwałki, organizational units of the City of Suwałki and other Suwal entities. The total estimated electricity consumption [MWh] for the period 01.01.2022 — 31.12.2022 is 23,898,779 MWh.
2. The description of the item of the order is set out in Annex 1 to SWZ.
3. The model contract includes Annex 3 to SWZ, together with Annex No 1 (list of electricity consumption points covered by the contract) and No 2 (power of attorney).
4. The description of the object of the order specifies quality standards relating to all relevant features of the object of the order (the subject of the order is standardized — will be implemented identically, whichever Contractor performs it), all lifecycle costs are taken into account — margin, conventional energy costs, basket
