The work mainly consists of:

Tree pruning;

digital registration of work performed;

performing additional work.

The work is carried out within the municipality of Gemert-Bakel.

The agreement consists of:

- Cutting work on trees;

- digital registration of work performed;

- carrying out additional work.

It concerns one type of work. This work is carried out throughout the municipality. However, all locations are within the municipality and are entirely its responsibility. In addition, the activities to be defined in the contract comprise a single technical and economic whole. Due to these factors, there is no question of a merged assignment.

No SMEs are excluded on the basis of the order size by setting up these activities as a single assignment. Although the assignment as a whole is quite large, it concerns a sum of partial assignments. In addition, dividing the assignment into lots has no influence on the size of partial assignments. Dividing them into lots also means that the community may have to deal with different parties, which entails additional coordination costs. For these reasons, the contract is not divided into lots.
