Work phases 3 to 6 after HOAI 2021 and special services, technical planning of structural design.
The BPOL Fuhlendorf property requires additional building space. The requirements for personnel additions are implemented through new buildings, extensions and demolition of buildings, among other things. Approximately 6 individual partial construction measures will be planned and structurally implemented in the aforementioned property. The individual sub-construction phases are generally planned at the same time. Construction work must be carried out during ongoing operation and in coordination with the federal police; further descriptions are described in section II.2.4 of this announcement.
Six individual contracts including fee calculations are concluded for the partial construction measures. Reference is made to the attached site plan.

All construction work must be carried out during ongoing operation of the Federal Police. Due to the very limited storage and construction site equipment space and the necessary operational readiness, the construction work cannot be carried out simultaneously. The timing of the individual construction measures must be coordinated between the federal police, GMSH and the planning offices involved.
