Design-realization for the construction of a school in the eco-district of Bois des Granges in Claye-Souilly.

Successful candidates will have to reflect on the following program:

1) School group of 5 nursery classes and 8 programmed elementary classes representing a floor area of 2 456 m 2 about;

2) energy performance objectives, both from an energy and thermal point of view;

3) acoustic performance;

4) environmental performance (eco-neighborhood) (optimization of technical choices and materials in order to limit the carbon impact);

5) performance in terms of maintenance (optimization of technical choices and materials in order to limit maintenance costs).
