This contract consists of the provision of maintenance and cleaning services for the building, windows and exteriors of the Regional Center for Assistance to Municipalities.

The contract consists of the provision of maintenance and cleaning services for the building, windows and exteriors of the Regional Center for Assistance to Municipalities.

In addition to the description in the technical part of the specifications, the contract includes:

- maintenance of offices, premises and sanitary blocks (from -1 to 5 e floor + stairs), as well as meeting rooms, refectory, kitchen and shower room, outside office hours,

- the cleaning of windows (inside and outside),

- maintenance of outdoor spaces,

- all manpower requirements, products and equipment necessary for carrying out the tasks mentioned in the technical clauses of these specifications,

- the supply of soap and paper towels,

- the supply of regulatory garbage bags, excluding PMC,

- evacuation and treatment of the dishes,

- the exit of the "paper" container on the sidewalk during collection (every 15 days),

- cleaning appliances (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettles ...),

- the preparation of the coffee.
