1. The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of the existing heating network together with district heating connections in traditional technology into a pre-insulated network in the area of Gajowicka and Saperów streets in Wrocław.

2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 2 stages described in the SWZ.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes:

1) SWZ;

2) model contract;

3) Design documentation,

4) Technical Specification of Execution and Acceptance of Works.

4. The Contractor shall provide a guarantee for all works covered by the subject of the contract – in accordance with the requirements described in the SWZ.

5. The obligations of the Contractor and the Contracting Authority as well as the conditions for the performance of the contract are presented in the contract template (Annex 9 to the SWZ).
