The subject of this award procedure is the conclusion of framework agreements without justification of an acceptance obligation to cover procurement requirements of the beneficiaries that cannot yet be planned and specified in detail for a wide variety of brand-new clients and monitors, including optional maintenance, services and additional contractual services and, if necessary, accessories. "Client-PC" (lot 1), "thin clients" (lot 2), "monitors" (lot 3) and "4k monitors" (lot 4) are advertised. The beneficiaries are the KIV in Thuringia, their (also potential) co-partners, the districts, cities, municipalities, administrative communities and special-purpose associations in the state of Thuringia, including their legally independent and dependent institutions and associations and other forms of cooperation.

The award procedure in this lot 1 includes the procurement of stationary workstation computers (clients) in various product classes and product versions as well as other additional contractual services. The details result from the tender documents, there in particular from the contractual conditions as well as the service description and the price sheets for lot 1. Within this, the specification of a manufacturer across all product categories is imperative.

It is intended to conclude framework agreements with up to 3 economic operators.
