Maintaining cleanliness and care of greenery in the territory of Ostrów Mazowiecka. Details in SWZ.

1. The object of the order is: Maintaining cleanliness and greenery in the territory of Ostrów Mazowiecka.

2. The following tasks shall be included in the scope of the work subject to the contract:

1) Task I: Omiatanie and clearing streets, walking and bicycle lanes and pavements in the territory of the city of Ostrów Mazowiecka;

2) Task II: Removal of impurities from garbage cans set up in the territory of the city of Ostrów Mazowiecka;

3) Task III: Stripping the slopes of viaducts and drainage ditches;

5) Task IV: Mowing weeds and grasses from road lanes;

6) Task V: Care of greenery in the city of Ostrów Mazowiecka;

7) Task VI: Care of greenery in the park by the city pond at 3 Maja Street;

8) Task VII: Ongoing maintenance of municipal and internal roads in the city of Ostrów Mazowiecka;

9) Task VIII: Winter maintenance of the roadway of streets, sidewalks, parking lots, squares, bicycle paths and pedestrian and bicycle routes, in the city of Ostrów Mazowiecka.

3. The detailed scope of the Contractor's obligations and rights are specified in: Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (hereinafter referred to as "SOPZ"), Annexes No. 1-4 to the SOPZ and a model contract.

4. The Contracting Authority recommends that a local vision be carried out in the field in order to properly prepare the offer and the proper execution of the order. The costs of making a local vision will be borne by the Contractor

Each of the Contractors submitting a tender is obliged to attach: The Single European Procurement Document (ESPD), a Declaration of non-exclusion pursuant to Article 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014, a Statement of Contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract (if applicable), a Power of Attorney (if applicable), the original of the security document in sureties or guarantees (if applicable) and an obligation for third parties to make available the necessary resources (applies to only if the Contractor relies on the capacities or situation of other entities on the principles set out in Article 118 of the Public Procurement Law). An economic operator which relies on the resources of other entities in order to demonstrate the absence of grounds for exclusion against them and the fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure, to the extent that it relies on their resources, shall also submit single European Procurement Documents for those entities. When drawing up the EOD in Part IV: 'Eligibility criteria', one may confine oneself to completing section α 'General statement concerning all eligibility criteria', without supplementing the other sections in Part IV.
