Finnpilot Pilotage Oy's ICT environment management, monitoring, support, operation, security, maintenance and development services for the Azure / O365 environment, as well as for Finnpilot users, terminal environment and locations.

The following entities are the subject of an invitation to tender:

- Microsoft Office 365 / Azure Services

- Servers with Azure capacity

- Support for technical solutions for users, terminals and the environment

- Environmental security and continuity management (security services, backups, etc.)

- Service management and supplier collaboration

- One-stop-shop for end users (24/7 service for selected services and users)

- Selected telecommunication and remote access services.

The suppliers selected will be selected on the basis of requests to participate.
