The Handwerkskammer Hannover intends to modernize the buildings [B] and [C] energetically at Campus Handwerk in Garbsen, Seeweg 4. The construction project will be staggered in 2 subsections, depending on the component. Component [B] from 10/2017, component [C] from 12/2018 executed. The new intermediate construction will be executed from 05/2018.

Total area of the reconstruction measure: 3 750 m 2 , per component 625 m 2 on 3 floors

Surface of the new building: approx. 340 m 2 , 1 storey, airspace over two floors is tendered MSR.

The complete MSR technical installation is written out for the components [B + C]. These are new installations in gutted buildings.
